The Lodge has a large open plan ground floor with the central gently rising staircase in the entrance hallway leading to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen, digital TV, wood burner, private enclosed garden, patio with BBQ and parking for up to 3 cars.
The spacious living room is well furnished with sofas and chairs, digitalTV, log burning stove and doors directly onto the patio area and gardens. The kitchen has a fitted stainless steel Neff hob and built in oven, micro wave, washing machine, dishwasher , tall fridge freezer and a large dining table to seat 8. A high-chair and travel cot are available - we don’t have stair gates.
On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a large twin bed room and a smaller twin room perfect for children. The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with bath, shower, WC and hand basin. There is also an additional, seperate toilet on the first floor.
The private south west facing rear garden has an herbaceous boarder, lawn and patio with wooden furniture, BBQ and swing-seat. The garden is enclosed offering safe play for young children . The driveway allows for safe parking for up to 3 cars behind a five bar gate.
